Creating Opportunities to Build a Caring Community

Thank You for Volunteering at Destination Races Inaugural
Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon!

We will be hosting two volunteer orientation sessions on Friday, September 3rd, at Stoller Vineyards.  One will be held at 3:30pm and the second at 5:30pm. We will give a quick race orientation,  identify and explain volunteer positions, answer questions and distribute volunteer t-shirts.  Volunteers are invited to attend the BBQ being held at Stoller Vineyeards for a special discounted rate of $10.00 ($35 for other guests).  There will be wine, music, games, a photo exhibit and a gourmet BBQ.

If you are unable to make one of the volunteer orientations, volunteers may pick-up their
T-shirts at anytime between 3:00pm-6:00pm on Friday at Stoller Vineyards however we strongly encourage you to attend one of the orientation meetings and attend the fabulous party hosted by Stoller.  The race orientation and party is held in the Oak Grove amongst the vineyards up from Stoller's tasting room.  Please RSVP if you plan to attend on Friday so we can prepare your volunteer packet and shirt in advance.
If you are planning on attending the party, you can pay $10 at the door
in cash or check made out to Stoller Vineyards.
